Has anyone ever had an unforgettable cup of Italian coffee. If so, I would
like to know. I have a coffee shop and would like to serve Italian coffee.
I need to buy direct from the supplier so their name and contacting phone
and fax would be very helpful.

I will start by telling you that I am in the coffee business as a consultant
and a provider of Italian traditional coffee. Naturally I have a bias towards
the coffee I represent although we certainly don't have the only good coffee on
the market. I will tell you, however, that once you have had the real thing
there simply is nothing to match. There are a number of traditional roasters,
some authentic and some that are so so. In the end the only thing that counts
is the taste of the coffee. Tasting coffee can be a little tricky. Every coffee
is different and requires procedure adjustments to accommodate the best results
from each coffee you try. I would be happy to answer some questions and provide
an opportunity for a tasting. Ultimately the choices are yours based first on
taste and then on service training and general support.
